Labor Support Service:

Includes:

1. Half hour initial free consultation
2. 2 prenatal visits at my office (minimum one in the last trimester)
3. Help with birth plan creation
4. Entire labor and delivery support in hospital, birthing center or home
5. Breastfeeding and baby bonding support
6. 1 post-partum visit
7. Pediatric wellness consult for future care

Home Birth service:

Includes:

1. Half hour initial free consultation
2. Comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle assessment
3. Prenatal exams every 4 weeks from commencement of care until 28 weeks gestation.
4. Prenatal exams every 2 weeks from 28 weeks to 36 weeks
5. Prenatal exams every week from 36 weeks to Term (approximately 40 weeks)
6. Routine laboratory screenings and referrals for ultrasounds (May be covered by insurance, cash price available for those without insurance).
7. Help with birth plan creation
8. Labor and Delivery at Home (Water births are available for those that desire)
9. Newborn examination at delivery and Immediate post-partum care for Mother
10. Breastfeeding and baby bonding support
11. 1^st Post-partum visit at home in 24-36 hours post-partum- repeat newborn exam (newborn metabolic screening) and examination of mother.
12. 2^nd Post-partum exam for mother and baby 1 week after delivery. Repeat newborn metabolic screening.
13. 3^rd Post-partum exam for mother and baby 3-4 weeks after delivery at my office. Optional visit.
14. 4^th Post-partum exam for mother and baby 6 weeks after delivery at my office.
